30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact contact@kordjane.com before sending an item back and include your order number.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging and suitable for resale. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened dietary supplements, powders, personal-care products and other consumable goods cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final-sale items, items damaged through misuse and products returned without authorization are not eligible unless required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and shipping package so we can review a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping for unwanted items. If we confirm that an item was damaged, defective or sent incorrectly, Kordjane Inc will provide appropriate return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
Return Address
Do not mail a return without authorization. Approved returns will be directed to Kordjane Inc, 1605 Village Market Blvd SE, Leesburg, VA 20175.
